tl;dr
We collect your email address when you join the waitlist. We use it to tell you when early access opens. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the service that sends the email (Loops). No tracking cookies, no ad networks, no analytics pixels on this page.
what we collect
- Email address — only when you voluntarily submit it via the waitlist form.
- Timestamp of your last signup attempt — stored in your browser's localStorage to prevent spam. Never sent to us. Clears itself after 60 seconds.
- Server logs — Cloudflare may log standard web request data (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance. We don't inspect or retain this beyond Cloudflare's defaults.
what we don't collect
- No cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
- No third-party pixels (no Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- No fingerprinting, session replay, or behavior tracking.
- No location data beyond what Cloudflare sees for routing.
how we use your email
Your email is stored in Loops, our email service provider. We use it exclusively to:
- Notify you when Plug & Press launches or early access becomes available.
- Send occasional progress updates about the product (infrequent, and you can unsubscribe at any time).
We don't send marketing from third parties. We don't share your email with partners, advertisers, or data brokers.
your rights
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Request deletion — email us and we'll remove your record from Loops within 30 days.
- Request a copy — of any personal data we hold about you (effectively: your email and the date you joined).
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. These rights apply to your data regardless of where you live — just ask.
data location & transfers
Emails are stored in Loops' infrastructure (primarily US-hosted). This site is served from Cloudflare's global CDN. If you're in the EU/UK, your data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses as part of Loops' and Cloudflare's published terms.
security
Loops and Cloudflare both use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We don't store passwords, payment details, or any other personal data on this page.
changes to this policy
When the main Plug & Press product launches, this policy will be replaced with a broader version covering the application itself. Until then, the scope of this policy is limited to the waitlist landing page.
